- Kaiser Permanente (Telemedicine Innovation): Engineered the mobile architecture for the asynchronous "E-visits" and "Chat with a Doctor" features. This model was highlighted for its profound operational efficiency. Research demonstrated that 81% (4 out of 5) of E-visit users required no follow-up in-person care within a week (Read the E-visit research), and approximately two-thirds of patient issues were completely resolved via the Chat service alone (Read the Chat highlight).
- DBS Bank (Digital Inclusion & Scale): Developed the mobile onboarding journey for "PayLah! for Teens", opening the platform to younger demographics without traditional bank accounts. This accelerated the bank's goal to double the PayLah! user base to 3.5 million users (Read the Fintech News report). The architecture was also recognized with a Singapore Good Design (SG Mark) award.
- Fidelity Investments (High-Performance Fintech): Currently leading engineering initiatives for top-tier mobile experiences, including Enterprise Digital Documents Upload and Trader+ integrations.
